International Shipping Policy

Please read the following policy carefully to understand our international shipping process, costs, timelines, and customs regulations.


1. Global Coverage

We currently offer international shipping to major regions, including:

  • North America (United States, Canada)

  • Europe (UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, etc.)

  • Asia-Pacific (Singapore, UAE, Australia, Malaysia, Japan, etc.)

  • Other Regions: Selected countries worldwide based on courier availability

2. Trusted International Logistics Partners

To ensure safe and timely delivery, we partner with reputed global carriers such as DHL Express, FedEx, UPS, Aramex, and India Post EMS.
The courier for your shipment is selected automatically based on speed, reliability, and destination.

All international shipments include tracking numbers, allowing you to monitor your parcel’s journey in real time.


3. Order Processing & Handling Time

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or national holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • You’ll receive an email and/or SMS with tracking details once your parcel is shipped.


4. Estimated Delivery Timelines

  • Asia / Middle East: 5–10 business days

  • Europe: 7–12 business days

  • North America: 10–15 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–14 business days

  • Rest of the World: 12–20 business days

Note: These are average transit estimates and can vary depending on customs clearance, destination city, and courier network conditions.


5. International Shipping Charges

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination country, and courier service chosen.

  • In some regions, free international shipping may be available above a certain order value (displayed at checkout).

  • You’ll see the final shipping cost before confirming your purchase — there are no hidden fees.


6. Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Regulations

  • All international orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) basis unless specified otherwise.

  • This means customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and any local fees applicable in the destination country are the responsibility of the receiver.

  • These charges are determined by your country’s customs department and are beyond our control.

  • We will provide a commercial invoice and packing list with accurate product values and HS codes to facilitate smooth customs clearance.

  • Please ensure you provide correct KYC documents (such as passport, ID, or tax number) if requested by customs authorities.

  • Refusal to pay import duties may result in the parcel being returned or destroyed — in such cases, refunds will be processed as per our international return policy, excluding shipping and handling fees.


7. Tracking & Updates

All international orders come with end-to-end tracking.
You can track your parcel using:

  • The courier’s official tracking portal (DHL, FedEx, etc.)

  • The “Track Order” section on our website using your order number

Regular email and SMS updates will also be sent throughout the shipping process.


8. Packaging & Safety

Every Zancova order is packed using tamper-proof and export-grade materials to ensure safe transit during long international journeys.
Fragile or high-value items receive extra protection and may require signature confirmation upon delivery.


9. Delays & Exceptions

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Customs clearance procedures

  • Local holidays or strikes

  • Extreme weather or natural disasters

  • Global shipping disruptions (pandemic, geo-political restrictions, etc.)

In such cases, our support team will stay in contact and assist you with updates until delivery.


10. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds for International Orders

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting zancova.biz@gmail.com

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

  • If the parcel is refused or returned due to unpaid duties or an incorrect address, shipping and customs fees are non-refundable.

  • Returns for defective or damaged products are accepted as per our International Returns Policy, subject to verification.
