Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Zancova.biz, customer satisfaction is our highest priority.
We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations — and we’re here to make your experience as smooth, transparent, and fair as possible.
Please read this policy carefully to understand our guidelines for order cancellations, refunds, replacements, and return eligibility.
1. Order Cancellations
Before Dispatch:

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever comes first.

To cancel your order, please email us at zancova.biz@gmail.com or WhatsApp our support number with your order ID.

Once the order is approved for cancellation, your payment will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
After Dispatch:

Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

You may, however, choose to refuse delivery at the time of arrival — the package will be returned to us (RTO).

Refunds for RTO shipments will be processed after deducting shipping & COD handling charges.
2. Returns & Replacements
We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

The item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered.

The return request is raised within 4 days of delivery.
-
The product is unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
If these conditions are met, you can choose one of the following options:

Replacement: We send you a new product of the same model.

Refund: We refund your full amount (minus shipping charges, if applicable).
Please note that certain categories are non-returnable due to hygiene or safety reasons — such as:

Innerwear, personal care, hygiene, and beauty products

Customized or personalized orders
-
Clearance or sale items (marked “Non-Returnable”)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Contact our team at zancova.biz@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the product, and reason for return.

Our team will verify and share a return authorization and pickup instructions (if applicable).

Once the product is received and inspected at our warehouse, the refund or replacement will be processed.
Important: Unauthorized returns without prior confirmation will not be accepted.
4. Refunds
Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are applicable only for:

Cancelled orders before dispatch

Approved returned orders

Out-of-stock or undeliverable items
Refund Timeline:

Credit/Debit Cards / UPI / Net Banking: 5–7 business days

Wallets / PayPal / Stripe: 5–7 business days

COD Orders: Refunded via Bank Transfer / UPI within 10–15 business days (after confirmation)
In rare cases, banks may take additional time due to internal processing delays.
5. Deductions & Adjustments
Refunds may be adjusted in the following cases:

Shipping charges for outward and return transit (if applicable)

COD handling fee (₹60–₹80, if charged)
-
Any import/customs duty or international shipping charge (for global orders)

Damage or wear detected on returned items
We strive to keep deductions minimal and fair while maintaining transparent communication at every step.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

Check your bank account or payment wallet again.

Contact your bank or payment provider — there is often some processing delay.

If the issue persists, please write to us at zancova.biz@gmail.com with your order and transaction details.
Our finance team will coordinate directly with the payment gateway to resolve it promptly.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Email or WhatsApp our team with photos and order details.
We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
8. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

Product returned without original tags or packaging

Items used, washed, or altered

Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or negligence

Orders refused repeatedly or intentionally to avoid payment

Clearance, flash-sale, or non-returnable products clearly marked as such
9. International Orders
For international shipments:

Returns or exchanges are not supported unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

Customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are non-refundable.

If the parcel is refused or undeliverable, the refund (if applicable) will exclude two-way international freight and customs charges.
