It has three different layers of metal bonded together food grade 18/8 stainless steel & SS 430 magnetic stainless steel with encapsulated layer of aluminium in the middle right throughout the body of cooker for even heat distribution. The Bakelite handles are designed ergonomically which makes it easy for one to open & close the cooker. It has conventional safety valve with gasket release system.
