2. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Refusal to accept COD orders or repeated failed deliveries may affect future COD eligibility.
 
3. Payment Security

4. Order Confirmation

Once payment is successfully made, you will receive an order confirmation email/SMS with your order number, item details, and estimated delivery timeline.

If payment fails but the amount is deducted, it is usually auto-reversed within 3–7 business days by your bank.

If not refunded automatically, please contact our support team with your transaction reference ID.
 
5. Payment Verification
To protect against fraud, certain orders may require manual verification by our billing team before dispatch.
You may be asked to verify your identity or share payment proof (especially for high-value or international transactions).
6. Refunds & Payment Reversals

Refunds for cancelled or returned orders are processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

7. Payment Failures or Errors
In case of any payment failure:

Check if your internet connection or browser session timed out.

Verify that your bank account has sufficient funds or card is active.

Avoid using browser auto-fill during UPI/OTP steps.
If payment was deducted but the order is not confirmed, please write to zancova.biz@gmail.com with the transaction ID or screenshot — our finance team will verify and resolve the issue promptly. 
8. Pricing, Taxes & Currency

All prices on Zancova.biz are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of all applicable Indian taxes (GST).

For international customers, final prices may appear in local currency at checkout, based on exchange rates provided by the payment gateway.
 - 
Import duties or VAT (for foreign countries) are not included in the product price — these are payable by the customer at delivery, as per local laws.
 
9. Fraud Prevention
