1. Nationwide Coverage
We deliver to all serviceable pin codes in India. Whether you’re in a metro city or a remote village, we ensure that your order reaches you safely through our extensive logistics network.

All 28 states and 8 union territories are covered.

If your area is temporarily non-serviceable, our team will notify you immediately.

For restricted zones, additional delivery time or nominal surcharges may apply.
2. Trusted Courier Partners
We’ve partnered with India’s most reliable courier and logistics companies such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, XpressBees, DTDC, Ecom Express, and others to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
Based on your delivery location and order type, the courier partner is automatically assigned for the best performance.
3. Order Processing & Dispatch

All confirmed orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Orders received on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day.

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email and/or SMS with the tracking number and courier details.
4. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad, etc.): 2-5 business days

Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: 3-7 business days

Remote / Rural Locations: 5-10 business days
These estimates may vary during high-volume periods such as festive sales, national holidays, or extreme weather conditions.
5. Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all prepaid orders ..
- Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders may include an additional ₹90 convenience fee.

Any special charges (for oversized parcels or remote locations) will be clearly shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you can track your order in real-time using:

The “Track Order” link on our website.

The courier partner’s official tracking portal using your tracking ID.

Periodic SMS or email updates sent directly by our logistics partner.
7. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners make up to three delivery attempts.
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, the package may be returned to us (RTO – Return to Origin).
For re-delivery requests after RTO, additional shipping costs may apply as per our Returns & Refunds Policy.
8. Packaging & Safety
All orders are packed in tamper-proof, eco-friendly, and secure packaging materials to ensure safe transit.
Fragile items receive extra cushioning and protective layers.
Please check the package upon delivery and report any visible damage immediately to our support team.
9. Non-Serviceable or Restricted Areas
While we strive for 100% coverage, certain remote or restricted areas (such as army zones or out-of-network PIN codes) may not be serviceable.
If your address falls into this category, we will reach out within 24 hours to arrange an alternate delivery option or refund.
10. International Orders
If Zancova begins offering international shipping, additional customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees will apply based on the destination country.
11. Delays Beyond Control
Occasionally, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities, transport strikes, courier network disruptions, or government restrictions.
In such cases, Zancova will notify customers via email and continue to coordinate with the courier partner until successful delivery.
12. Cancellation Before Dispatch
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support at zancova.biz@gmail.com.
Once dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated; however, you may choose to refuse delivery and initiate a return as per the returns policy.
